Meet Jessica…

Jessica Kelley is a Physical Therapist with over 15 years experience specializing in treating infants and children 3 and under. She completed her undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Health Science Center. Her career has mostly been focused on pediatric physical therapy in home health settings. For the past thirteen years, Jessica has worked with children and parents as they navigate NICU graduation, Torticollis, or developmental milestone delays. Her experience meeting parents and children where they’re at has prepared her to deliver the very best in pediatric physical therapy.

Outside of work Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. You can find here cheering on her kids from the sidelines, traveling to new places with new experiences, or planning for their next family adventure.

  • Little Elm, Frisco, The Colony, North Carrollton, and West Plano. I see clients within a 10 mile radius from my house. I can treat longer distances on a case by case basis but a travel fee will be charged for each visit.

  • We don’t currently take insurance but it is a possibility for the future. We currently accept FSA/HSA cards, credit cards, or debit cards. We will set you up with a personal payment link and you can upload the card of your choice. A superbill can be created for you to submit to your insurance if they reimburse you for sessions. Please let me know prior to our evaluation if you want a superbill.

  • You do not need a doctors order to get physical therapy services from bloom on a cash pay basis. If you are looking to be reimbursed from your Insurance through a superbill, you will need to talk to your Insurance provider to see If a doctors order is needed for reimbursement.

  • Evaluations typically last about 1 hour. Treatment visits are typically around 40-45 minutes but each visit is individualized based on how the child is responding to therapy that day.

  • Virtual coaching calls will be done over Zoom or Google Meet. This is where caregivers can ask me questions about milestone development, positioning for motor skill development or improvement with head shape, toy selection, or intentional play ideas on how to progress a baby or child with certain motor skills we want them to master.

  • Concierge physical therapy is exclusive personalized one-on-one sessions where your child is most comfortable (in your home, backyard, park, daycare or preschool setting) focusing on specific family/child centered goals. We offer flexible scheduling that works around your child’s schedule to ensure they get the most out of their PT sessions. Caregiver coaching and support is also offered during sessions or through text messages, e-mails, and phone calls in between sessions so you feel confident carrying over activities in between your child’s sessions.

The concierge approach is designed to feel seamless - like having your own private physical therapist on call so you can focus on your child’s progress. “On-call” questions through text, e-mail, and phone call will be answered between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.

  • I typically work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM with extended hours offered on a case-by-case basis.
