Policies
Maintaining a regular session schedule ensures your child achieves the progress we’re working towards. We’ll always work with you on sudden or unforeseen scheduling changes, and prefer to reschedule within the same week if possible.
Attendance
A designated therapy space should be available for all sessions. This can be a living room, play room, bedroom, etc. A soft space on the floor for baby/child is necessary as well. Preschool and daycare settings will require coordination with teachers and any administration. We’ve also had success with sessions at parks, play spaces or any place that aligns with your child’s goals.
Environment
We’ll work with your personal holiday schedule and fit in our tailored physical therapy sessions around you. Bloom Baby PT will follow all major holiday schedules for Lewsiville ISD academic calendar.

Concierge physical therapy is exclusive personalized one-on-one sessions where your child is most comfortable (in your home, backyard, park, daycare or preschool setting) focusing on specific family/child centered goals. We offer flexible scheduling that works around your child’s schedule to ensure they get the most out of their PT sessions. Caregiver coaching and support is also offered during sessions or through text messages, e-mails, and phone calls in between sessions so you feel confident carrying over activities in between your child’s sessions.
The concierge approach is designed to feel seamless - like having your own private physical therapist on call so you can focus on your child’s progress. “On-call” questions through text, e-mail, and phone call will be answered between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday-Friday.
